Rooms Paul has actually built.
These are Mr Useful Bathrooms' own completed jobs, photographed in customers' houses around Solihull and the villages south of it. They are not showroom set-ups and they are not stock photographs.
Paul is also happy to arrange a reference visit, or a call to a previous customer, if you would rather see a finished room in person than judge it from a photograph.

Walk-in shower, natural stone mosaic
A full-height mosaic enclosure with a low-level tray and frameless glass, tiled out to a contrasting large-format floor. The mosaic wraps the corner without a trim, which only works if the courses are set out to land on the return.

Built-in niches in a tiled column
Three recessed shelves formed into a boxed-in column and tiled through, with a mosaic border run at eye level around the room and a timber capping on top. Storage that does not eat any floor.

Twin countertop basins and heated rail
Two countertop basins on a wall-hung oak vanity, a chrome heated towel rail, and the mosaic border carried around at the same height as the mirror. Everything centres on something.
Olton
Family bathroom, bath and shower screen
A compact family bathroom with a shower over the bath, a hinged glass screen and stone-effect tiling taken to the ceiling over the wet end. Sensible, hard-wearing, and it does not date.

Quadrant enclosure and shower tower
A curved quadrant enclosure with sliding doors and a thermostatic shower tower, in a room tiled in a warm travertine-effect large format. The curve is the awkward part — the floor tiles have to be cut to follow it.

Cloakroom under the stairs
A downstairs WC built into a sloping-ceiling space, with a concrete-effect tiled shelf carrying a countertop basin, a close-coupled WC and a black slate-effect floor. Small rooms are where the setting out shows most.

Porcelain floor through a kitchen
Tiling is not confined to bathrooms. A dark porcelain floor laid through a full kitchen and breakfast area, with the joints kept running straight all the way to the far wall.
